2. Processing on the current website
The quote-request form converts the entered details into an email draft only on the user’s device; the site does not transmit the data to a server or store it in the browser. If the user sends the draft through their email application, the information may be processed through that communication channel. The site contains no analytics, advertising, user profiling or embedded map service.
When you contact DERA by email or phone, information you voluntarily provide may be processed within that communication channel. The scope must be confirmed in the Personal Data Notice and the company’s approved data processing inventory.
3. Security approach
DERA intends to identify technical and organisational measures appropriate to the nature of the processing to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure.
